With the holidays right around the
corner, both Microsoft and Sony are in store for a booming market with
their two respective consoles, the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One.
However, both brands’ gaming machines seem to have many similar
specification and features, which may leave shoppers with the question
of which console to buy as a holiday gift this year.
Though the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One
do have very similar features, the two consoles are still two are still
slightly different machines. First off, comfortability is a very large
factor in purchasing either of the two consoles. The PlayStation 4
features a Dualshock 4 controller that possesses a touchpad in the
center, a signaling light (color then varies based on in-game
performance), and a speaker set for other gaming purposes. However, the
PlayStation 4 Dualshock controller is smaller than that of the Xbox One,
therefore many people may feel that the Xbox One controller is more
pleasant and comfy for their hands. Apart from the controller and
comfortability of the PlayStation Four, another large differential in
the two is the change in games. The two gaming systems do have many
video games in common, but both also have their own video games which
are created exclusively for the Playstation or the Xbox.

Games for Xbox ONLY

These are some of the major games which are sold only for the Xbox or the PlayStation.
However, ultimately the biggest difference between the Xbox and the PlayStation which will be a settler for buyers is the preference between Microsoft or Sony. The change between Sony and Microsoft will include everything from display, graphics, and gameplay. Both the two systems have much in common and they both have a similar price of three hundred to five hundred dollars, depending on the bundle which is selected with the playstation. Below is a list of features and specifications that both the Xbox and the Playstation have. One of the most technologically advanced additions to both the Xbox and the Playstation is the creation of Virtual Reality, which allows the player to interact with the gameplay in a more realistic way through the usage of a head strapped monitor, which takes the player entirely out of reality.

- Online social apps (Netflix, HBO, YouTube)
